A praia do Cardoso é conhecida por sustentar grandes ondulações. Seu fundo de areia compacto, permite que grandes ondulações ao atingirem a costa catarinense quebrem com perfeição lá. Sessões memoráveis de tow in ja ocorreram no Cardosão.
Aproveitando uma destas grandes ondulações com o vento nordeste bombando. Magrinho utilizou seu kite Mormaii para praticar um tow in ecológico nas morras da Praia do Cardoso. Em frente às pedras quebravam ondas havaianas. Com a atitude de sempre, Magrinho não exitou. Analisou as condições, o ambiente e rumou pro outside.

Farol the Santa Marta is one of the most consistent surf spots on Brazilian south coast. There are many surf spots and unless it is flat there's always some good waves. One of this spot is Cardoso's beach. Its compact sandbar makes that when big swells hit the coast it breaks perfectly. Some epic tow in sessions had already happened on its big waves.
In one of this days, empty big waves where breaking overthere and a powerfull offshore NE wind were blowing. Magrinho prepared his kite mormaii to make an ecologic tow in session on the day that Cardoso's waves where like hawaiian's. Besides the heavy conditions, the waves where breaking right in front the rocks. Magrinho cheked the conditions for kitewave, the spot and went outside. Go for it!
